Сегодня в процессе развития мировой экономики актуальной проблемой называют привлечение зарубежных капвложений, являющихся инструментом обновление основных активов и внедрения инновационных технологий. Одним из механизмов покупки таких основных фондов для расширения производства с минимальными издержками признается международный лизинг. В настоящее время международный лизинг является заметным типом лизинга, предполагающим выход на наднациональные уровни корпораций и компаний с диверсификацией сегмента международных экономических отношений, глобализацией и международными интеграционными трендами. В рамках исследования были использованы традиционные методы: наблюдение, обобщение, классификация. Также привлекались монографический, графический, системный, сравнительно-аналитический методы. В статье констатируется, что международный лизинг является важным форматом финансирования для хозяйствующих субъектов, экспортирующих капитальную продукцию либо создающих новые производственные структуры за границей. Авторами проведена аналитическая оценка мирового лизингового рынка, его характеристик, трендов развития и перспективных тенденций. Выявлены проблемы и риски, сдерживающие развитие мирового рынка лизинга, а также предложены рекомендации по нейтрализации данных видов риска.
Today, in the process of developing the global economy, an urgent problem is called attracting foreign capital investments, which are a tool for updating core assets and introducing innovative technologies. International leasing is recognized as one of the mechanisms for the purchase of such fixed assets to expand production with minimal costs. Currently, international leasing is a notable type of leasing, involving access to supranational levels of corporations and companies with the diversification of the segment of international economic relations, globalization and international integration trends. The research used traditional methods: observation, generalization, classification. Monographic, graphical, systematic, comparative and analytical methods were also used. The article states that international leasing is an important financing format for business entities exporting capital goods or creating new production structures. The authors carried out an analytical assessment of the global leasing market, its characteristics, development trends and promising trends. The problems and risks hindering the development of the global leasing market are identified, as well as recommendations for neutralizing these types of risks are proposed.
