Анализ производственной деятельности в сельском хозяйстве показал, что сложившееся в нем положение накладывает отпечаток на общее состояние агробизнеса. Являясь базовой отраслью для перерабатывающей сферы, сельское хозяйство недопоставляет сырьевую продукцию в силу того, что для этого не хватает ресурсов, в первую очередь, трудовых. Причиной нехватки трудовых ресурсов является слабое социальное развитие села, препятствующее положительному решению демографических вопросов. Развитие сельских территорий зависит от прямого участия в них предпринимательской среды, которая должна опираться на удовлетворение потребностей сельского населения и ориентироваться на поднятие уровня жизни села. Однако бизнес слабо заинтересован в небольших потребительских рынках и в селе долго не задерживается. Так как сельская местность – это не только территория для производства продукции, но и место постоянного проживания части населения, бизнес здесь должен носить селообразующий характер. В статье подчеркивается важность социальных программ для создания стабильности в агробизнесе. Целью исследования является освещение проблем агробизнеса в российских регионах на примере Республики Калмыкия. В процессе исследования были использованы традиционные методы: статистический, монографический, графический, сравнительно-аналитический. В работе рассмотрены основные проблемы российского агропромышленного комплекса. Проведен анализ развития отраслей сельского хозяйства региона, предложен прогноз их развития. Результаты могут дать возможность разработать направления развития исследуемого региона. С учетом выявленных проблем можно определить возможности участия предпринимательской сферы в развитии сельских территорий, что зависит от уровня их социально-экономического развития и потребностей населения.
The analysis of production activity in agriculture has shown that the current situation in it leaves an imprint in the general complex of agribusiness. Being the basic industry for the processing sector, agriculture does not supply raw materials due to the fact that it does not have enough resources for this, and, first of all, labor. In turn, the reason for the shortage of labor resources is the weak social development of the village, which prevents the positive solution of demographic issues. The development of rural areas depends on the direct participation of the business environment in them, which should be based on the goals of meeting the needs of the rural population and raising the standard of living of the village. However, business is poorly interested in small consumer markets and does not stay in the village for a long time. Since the countryside is not only a territory for the production of products, but also a place of permanent residence of a part of the population, business here should be of a village – forming nature. The importance of social programs for creating stability in agribusiness is emphasized. The purpose of the study is to highlight the problems of agribusiness in Russian regions on the example of the Republic of Kalmykia. In the course of the research, traditional methods were used: statistical, monographic, graphic, comparative and analytical. The paper considers the main problems of the Russian agro-industrial complex. The analysis of the development of the agricultural sectors of the region is carried out, a forecast of their development is proposed. The results may provide an opportunity to develop directions for the development of the region under study. Taking into account the identified problems of its development, it is possible to determine the possibilities of participation of the entrepreneurial sphere in the development of rural areas depends on the level of their socio-economic development and the needs of the population.
