State Policy for the development of the Green Economy in the Russian Federation

Abstract
Globalization has had a significant impact on the economy, ecology and society over the past decade. At the same time, the «green» economy has transformed into a significant, strategically important political basis for growth and development in developed and developing countries. The “green” economy is the latest policy of formation and development of the national economy, aimed at improving financial growth and people’s daily lives, as well as environmental protection and long-term well-being.
The article examines the state policy of the development of the green economy in the Russian Federation in the context of recent crisis events, examines the issues of the green transformation of the Russian economy and how the green transition will be ensured in the future
