Improving the quality of procurement control activities

Abstract
The article examines the challenges and opportunities facing the Russian public procurement system by 2025. Attention is focused on the contribution of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, as well as other supervisory agencies, to achieving openness and effectiveness of procurement activities. A proposal is being made to create a unified digital environment to streamline control information and optimize budget planning.
Special attention is paid to stimulating Russian manufacturers, digitizing processes and improving the regulatory framework, in particular Federal Laws No. 44-FZ and No. 223-FZ. The authors emphasize the importance of improving the skills of public procurement professionals in order to successfully adapt to upcoming changes.
