Abstract
Humanity faces enormous challenges, the solution of which relies on the further implementation of artificial intelligence and the development of digital technologies. At the state level, projects are being adopted to advance digitalization in various areas. It’s worth noting that the development of a new type of digital workforce is considered an important area. All governance institutions, many areas of business, and so on are today impossible without the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, people data, and big data, which, of course, influence the success of all areas of our society.
