Abstract
Personnel in an organization is one of the key tools for increasing the efficiency of an organization, which is why it is very important to plan a high-quality and effective personnel policy when creating an organization, as well as adjust it in the process of development of the organization and society as a whole. Adopting modern HR-technologies allows organizations to more effectively manage their workforce, improve the quality of hiring, and improve employee productivity. For example, the use of automated HR-systems can simplify hiring processes, evaluate staff development, and improve employee communication and interaction. Also, modern technologies make it possible to effectively manage data and analyze information about employees, which allows you to make informed decisions in the field of personnel development and human resource planning.
