Modern methods of personnel management in cultural institutions

Abstract
The article is devoted to modern methods of personnel management in cultural institutions. The characteristics of administrative, economic, and psychological methods are given. The tools of influence in the implementation of administrative methods of personnel management are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of administrative methods are noted. It is established that material impact can be considered as in relation to moral incentives (social form), material incentives, material sanctions (collective and individual form). The volume of federal budget expenditures on culture and cinematography is analyzed. Socio–psychological methods in personnel management are considered.
