Abstract
The issue of human resources development in modern market conditions and the requirements of the internal and external environment, which are constantly changing, is very relevant. The importance of the role of human resource development in improving the efficiency of competitiveness and efficiency of the organization in the market is constantly growing and leads to the fact that more and more leading companies are adopting a wide range of methods for developing human resources.
The purpose of the article is to propose a concept of its improvement based on the study of the features of the implementation of the functions of personnel policy.
The research objectives related, among other things, to the analysis of factors affecting the personnel policy management system, to the study of corporate data, and to the assessment of possible prospects for the personnel management system.
