REGIONAL AND SECTORAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The socio-economic system is a complex concept that has become quite often used in modern scientific sources, concepts, and strategies of economic development. Such a system includes a set of structural components of the region, its institutional structure, features and procedures of the social policy of the region in the context of the implemented policy of sustainable development of the Russian state. Despite the relevance and significance of this concept, the structural content of socio-economic systems, both as a whole and for each region individually, is currently insufficiently defined. For these purposes, new, more detailed approaches to the formation and development of socio-economic systems in the future are needed.

The socio-economic system must meet certain criteria, make up a certain set of parameters, and comply with the process of sustainable development. The socio-economic system is associated with a variety of concepts and criteria related to the sustainable development of regions and subjects. It seems that one of the priority goals and objectives of the state should be to ensure legal regulation and strategic management of socio-economic systems, which will allow solving many tasks related to ensuring economic development and achieving a high level of national security of the state. To solve these problems, it is necessary to study the experience of managing socio-economic systems in general and at the regional level, clarify legal norms, significant strategic aspects, identify problems of socio-economic development and institutional problem parameters. In order to clarify the practical directions of the development of socio-economic systems, it is necessary to analyze the features of their regulation and management, analysis and comprehensive assessment of the processes that form the basis of the functioning of socio-economic systems.

Abstract

An important condition for ensuring the economic security of the region is a sufficient level of its financial component. In turn, one of the important aspects of the financial security of the region is the ability of the population to competently manage financial resources, resist emerging threats and risks, and ensure the stable financial condition of the individual and household. The effectiveness of the ongoing financial policy in the region, the well-being of the population and the overall level of regional economic security largely depend on the successful implementation of these areas.

Abstract

The financial system is undoubtedly considered one of the basic building blocks of the entire economy. Currently, the financial market is characterized by a changing trend toward globalization and the unification of its regulation and supervision of individual segments into one universal whole. More and more countries are showing a trend towards deglobalization, but despite this, the possibility of much more complex forms of international supervision and regulation remains relevant. For the financial market to function properly and for regulators to achieve their goals, it is necessary that these bodies have at their disposal a sufficiently diverse set of instruments and measures.
