Introduction of electronic turnover in HR management

Abstract

The central problem in the personnel management system is the process of integrating labor relations and modern information technologies into personnel management. HR-analytics is the process of analyzing data on human resources in an organization in order to make informed management decisions, improve recruitment, training, staff retention processes, as well as optimize the workforce to achieve the company’s strategic goals. The introduction of electronic turnover in HR-management is a transition from paper format to electronic systems for human resource management, based on the use of special programs, HR-management systems (HRM), automation of business processes that help manage employee information, simplify and optimize routine HR management processes.
